Rainbow eucalyptus reaches a height of 75 meters, the trunk diameter is up to 2.4 meters.
The species itself differs from other eucalyptus species by its colorful bark. At first, the bark has a bright green color. Then, as it matures, it acquires blue, purple, orange and maroon shades. The trunk of mature trees casts all the colors of the rainbow, which is why the species got its name. At the same time, the coloring of the bark is constantly changing.
