The new Manchester City's 2024-25 away shirt draws inspiration from the 98-99 away kit. It is navy with fluo-yellow stripes, with sky blue stripes in between.
Inside the collar is a special sign for the 30 May 1999. On that date, Manchester City won the 1999 Football League Second Division play-off final to gain promotion to the second division wearing the now famous striped kit.
